The Friends of Kinder Farm Historical Society warmly invites you to experience the charm of the Kinder Farmhouse Museum this holiday season. The farmhouse is decorated by local garden clubs, creating a festive atmosphere as docents share captivating stories about Henry and Hilda Kinder and their eight children, who once called the farmhouse home.
This year, the Crofton Village Garden Club, represented by members Nancy Percivall and Beverly Frye, has added a delightful touch to the kitchen with whimsical kitchen mice decorations. Grandma Mouse has been busy in the kitchen baking cookies for the holidays, but to her surprise, five trays of cookies have mysteriously vanished! Guests are encouraged to join in the fun and help find the missing cookies. The farmhouse will be open for visits on Saturday, December 7, from 10:30 AM to 3 PM, and again on Saturday, December 14, from 11 AM to 3 PM. Admission to the farmhouse is free, but please note that park gate fees will still apply. Comments are closed.
