The Hammond-Harwood House in Annapolis is beautifully decorated each holiday season by local garden clubs, showcasing a blend of traditional decor and festive creativity. Under the direction of Project Chair JoAnn Cook, members Mary Ann Cannone, Rosa Johnson, and Yael Beckman transformed the game room with Colonial Williamsburg-style arrangements that evoke a sense of history and elegance. Highlights of their decor include a fruit and evergreen topiary placed on a side table and an eye-catching garland made of evergreens, berries, and – in a nod to the game room's purpose – playing cards that adorn the mantle, capturing the spirit of the season in historic style.
