Garden Therapy hosted its first session of the year at Autumn Lake in Crofton, bringing a burst of spring creativity to residents and volunteers alike. Led by Project Chair CJ Salisbury, Crofton Village Garden Club members gathered to help residents craft their own cheerful spring scenes.
Nineteen residents participated, each creating a seasonal project with assistance from CVGC volunteers. Smiles were plentiful, and the room buzzed with conversation and creativity. One resident was so proud of her work that she returned with a camera to take photos and share them with her son and grandchildren. Her project, she said, would be a special gift when they visit. Many thanks to our dedicated team of volunteers: Project Chair CJ Salisbury, Carol Buhr, Nancy Durose, Trish Demers, Heather Marken, and Carol Schoenfeld. Their time and care helped make the first session of the year a memorable one for everyone involved. Comments are closed.
