HONORING OUR TROOPS

Harriet Kiilehua, Project Chair for Honoring Our Troops – Veterans Day, conducted a hands-on workshop at our November meeting where members created more than 100 patriotic-themed flower arrangements for the veterans who reside at the Loch Raven VA Community Living and Rehabilitation Center in Baltimore. Harriet and her husband, Warren, and members Rena Pogue, Angela Silverstein and Jane McClanahan traveled to the Center to deliver the arrangements and personally thank our heroes.
