 Marcia C. Richard February 17, 1944 – December 9, 2024 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marcia Richard, former president of Crofton Village Garden Club. Under her leadership, the club flourished, and membership grew, alongside the recognition of many awards for the outstanding projects completed during her tenure.
Marcia led with passion and vision, and her final accomplishment was the completion of the Gold Star Memorial, a project close to her heart. She passed away shortly after this meaningful tribute to our veterans, leaving behind a remarkable legacy of dedication and service. Her leadership, kindness, and commitment to the club and community will never be forgotten.
