Crofton Village Garden Club was established in 1969 to promote and preserve the beauty of our community. Since our founding, we have been a member of National Garden Clubs, Inc. and Federated Garden Clubs of Maryland, Inc., District II.
OBJECTIVE
The object of Crofton Village Garden Club is to promote and carry out activities that will stimulate member and community interest in horticulture, conservation, and floral design. The club will operate on a non-profit basis and will meet the purposes stated in the Bylaws of the Federated Garden Clubs of Maryland, Inc.
MEETINGS
Meetings are held at 9:30 AM on the first Wednesday of each month, except July and August. The highlight of each meeting is a program that features a topic of interest presented by a local expert.

MEMBERSHIP
Membership in Crofton Village Garden Club is open to residents of the greater Crofton area. Dues are $40 per year for Active members, who are encouraged to attend meetings, participate in projects, and serve on at least one committee of their choice.
ACTIVITIES
Crofton Village Garden Club members are actively engaged in a variety of projects that promote in our community the objectives of National Garden Clubs, Inc., Federated Garden Clubs of Maryland, Inc., and District II. In addition to our own club members, many others will benefit from our activities: community residents and visitors, military veterans and active duty personnel, patrons of Crofton Library, and anyone who enjoys or appreciates the Chesapeake Bay.
