Led by Project Chair Camille DeVito, members participated in a two-day fall cleanup at the Blue Star Memorial Garden located at Crofton Library.
Members removed invasive weeds and tree saplings, cut back the black-eyed Susan, planted ornamental cabbage and mulched the garden. Nancy Percivall collected seed heads from the black-eyed Susan cuttings and the seeds will be used for our April program. Thank you to Camille and her husband Frank, and members Margo Antonelli, Nancy Durose, Denise Frey, Beverly Frye, Cindy Hansen, Littany Hollerbach, Patty More, Lois Nichols, Nancy Percivall, Gail Schulz and Angela Wetzel for helping with the garden cleanup.
