NATIVE GARDEN AT CROFTON LIBRARY

Project Chair Don Pogue has been tending to the Native Garden located at Crofton Library. The garden is filling in nicely with native ferns, summersweet, and blue false indigo – just to name a few. The Native Garden creates a haven for pollinators like native bees and butterflies. It is also provides an abundance of seeds, berries, and habitat required for our native bird species. 

When visiting the library, take a stroll through the Native Garden and enjoy the many native plants.
