A Cherokee Brave Dogwood tree was planted in memory of community member Robert Orff, who passed away in December 2016. The tree, with its vibrant spring blooms and graceful presence, now stands as a living tribute near the pollinator garden at Crofton Library, offering beauty and reflection for all who visit.
This meaningful project came together through the dedication of several individuals. Heartfelt thanks go to Denise Frey for taking the lead in organizing the memorial planting, and to Trish Demers and Glenna Kidd for their help and support during the process. A very special note of appreciation is extended to Herb Frey, whose hard work and heavy lifting helped bring this tribute to life. Comments are closed.
