Crofton Village Garden Club members Nancy Percivall, Marcia Richard, Beverly Frye, Sally Moore, and Pat Stevenson were honored to participate in a special holiday tradition and are pictured with Maryland First Lady Yumi Hogan. As part of the celebration, the members decorated a Christmas tree representing Anne Arundel County. The theme of the tree was “Historical Places in Anne Arundel County,” highlighting two distinguished properties that are also certified arboretums. Linthicum Walks, a historic home and garden in Crofton with roots dating back to the 18th century, and Historic London Town and Gardens, a museum and 23-acre park in Edgewater rich in colonial history and horticultural beauty, were both featured. The decorations served as a festive tribute to the county’s unique blend of history, heritage, and horticulture.
